    - 30.10.1943: British military ordinance [Proclamation No. 50] extends the exchange period for Italian and "BMA" currency to 30.11.1943 (was 31.10.1943)
    - ??.??.1943: Introduction of Algerian currency in Fezzan at par (?) with the Italian Lira (overprints exist which may be later fabrications).
