Grammar of Counting
Adaptation of the Number to the Counted Noun
The numbers are unchangeable.
Adaptation of the Counted Noun to the Number
Number 1 is preceded (word order) by the the noun in singular, 2 and higher by the noun in plural. For the counting of inanimate objects, the noun may be in singular after all numbers.
